| DIANA BUSH-HARRIS
"By My God"
The words powerful, soulful, and anointed are three words that best describe gospel’s best kept secret, Diana Bush-Harris and her new release debut CD, “By My God.” This stunning CD displays her strong vocal superiority and a myriad of musical genres that will illuminate the hearts of every listener, and with just one listen, you will quickly agree that she was intimately and personally inspired by her God!
A native of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Diana’s universal style and deep sultry voice is reminiscent of Helen Baylor and Oletta Adams. She successfully blends contemporary sounds intertwined with overlays of her trademark praise & worship style with a hint of a traditional music accompanied by gifted background singers whose vocals soar to the forefront and lead its listeners back to their first love, Jesus Christ.
As Songwriter, Composer, and Executive Producer of her freshman project, It’s clear that Diana’s passion, musical ability, and love for God is apparent in this extraordinary CD. Songs like the jazzy, rhythm and blues feel, “If I,” “Is a love song to God and indicates my love for Him and His strong love for His people,” says Diana. The contemporary song, “It’s a Pleasure to Say Yes,” talks about coming out of do’s and don’ts of religious bondage and understanding that God sent Jesus to give us abundant life and “it’s a pleasurable, wonderful thing to say yes to God! “Praise is a Pavilion,” was birthed from a realization that our praise is the armor the allows us to rise above heaviness and be covered by God’s presence standing in the spirit of victory. In “The Way You Love Me”, Diana reveals God’s unique and personal way that He finds us where we are, and takes us to the place of loving Him for who He is. Not to mention, her famous 4-liners born in the presence of God, as evidenced in the “Worship Medley – I can’t live without You, In Your Presence and certainly, Nothing Else Matters!
Diana is passionate about the assignment of encouraging God’s people in unity and in all walks of life to relentlessly pursue the ideal environment we were best created to thrive in; the presence of God. “Entertainment is great, but it’s a relationship with God that will sustain your life in the worst of times.” As a conference/workshop speaker, Diana’s gifting allows her to assist pastors in their efforts to create an environment easy to deliver the word in, exhort leaders to go to another level in their passion for God and serving, as well as those who want to pursue God intimately in day to day living. “We
accomplish this through bible based instruction and exhortation in the office of teacher, as well as scriptural based lyrics to our songs under the psalmist/evangelist anointing.
"With an open heart and mind, no hearer is left untouched by the love and anointing of God”.
Diana has opened for luminaries such as Ricky Dillard and New G, frequently ministers on the TCT Network, a satellite affiliate of TBN-Nashville, has performed for Verizon Wireless’ Black History Month, Indianapolis Charter Schools, We Have the Joy Radio 1690 AM, WLYV 1450 AM, Radio-a-thon fund raisers, Unity Performing Arts Foundation, the Performing Arts Foundation, The Christ Child Festival, The Fort Wayne Christian Women’s Retreat along with many conferences and workshops too numerous to mention, and was recently selected to contractually perform at the newly remodeled Indianapolis State museum.
