Charles Winburn is the founder of The Encampment, an enterprise in College Hill, in Cincinnati, Ohio, that houses the Academic Childcare Center, Business Resource Center, Prayer Center and Training Auditorium. He earned a Master’s Degree from the University of Cincinnati and has had professional training at both Harvard and Ohio State Universities. He serves on the Ohio Civil Rights Commission, is a former City Council Member of Cincinnati, and was a Special Assistant - U.S. House of Representatives, Cincinnati, OH |
