The Week of Bishops brought the ministry gifts of Bishop Eric Figueroa, Bishop Jasper Rolle, Bishop Albert Jamison, Bishop Liston Paige Jr., and Bishop Eric and Lady Subrenia McDaniel. Ministering nightly to a packed house at the Life Center Cathedral in Charleston, these men and women delivered a timely word to the house.

On Friday, March 24, elegance was the order of the evening at the Grand Celebratory Banquet at the historic Charleston Place Hotel. The evening began with red carpet coverage by Channel 5 News’ Tia Brewer-Footman, and was followed by a court of young lads and ladies to begin the triumphal entry of the guests of honor, the first family.

Distinguished guests included Rev. Claude Alexander of University Park Baptist church in Charlotte, Pastor Jamal Harrison Bryant of Empowerment Temple in Baltimore, Bishop Kenneth Moales Sr., presiding Prelate of the Pentecostal Church of Jesus Christ and Sr. Pastor of Prayer Tabernacle of Love and a host of other dignitaries. A four-course meal preceded the guest psalmists for the evening, Sha Simpson of Atlanta, GA and Lecresia Campbell of Louisville, KY. PJ Morton was the featured entertainment for the evening.

Saturday, March 25 marked the day of Holy Consecration and Moore’s elevation to the Sacred Order of Bishops. In high ceremony, Moore received his blessing, consecration, vestments and impartation by co-consecrators, Moales Sr., Bishop Liston Paige Sr. and Jamison.

A culmination concert featuring Overseer Hezekiah Walker and the Love Fellowship Choir, also of the PCJC closed the week. Also highlighted were Sha Simpson, the Life Center Mass Choir, Natalie Wilson, and FOCUS of Charleston.
